Blaze and Firefighters at Syktyvkar Victor Savin Drama Theatre on 2006–03–25, 6 p.m.
 Building of the Drama theatre was in bad condition. However it was impossible to destroy it and build anew, since this building represented itself architectural monument (it was built back in 1932) and was under state protection. Drama theatre was not working and the building was repairing. So nobody was killed or wounded by fire. On photographies you can see that blaze was on the backside in the annex to the building of the theatre. Because of the fire local authorities decided to completely destroy the building and build its anew. The construction should be finished by August 2009. First plays should take place during the celebrations of Days of Republic. About Victor Savin. |
